Payment Options
QuEssentials.com accepts credit card or Paypal payments. When imputing credit card information, please double check all fields before submitting the order. Any inaccurate or missing information will delay the process or cancel the order. (Credit Card payments are processed thought InternetSecure)
Important: Please, make sure the billing address is the same as with your credit card company. Mistyped information will result in a declined transaction.
Purchase Order Numbers
We accept PO# for corporate purchases. To make a purchase using a PO#, use the checkout process and select Purchase Order as a payment method.
Order Status
To check the status of your order, please login to your account.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
Refund policy
We offer full refund for any damaged or defective product within 20 days of shipment date.
Please fill out the return and refund request form for quicker processing.
Important: If the product is returned by the customers request, shipping will not be refunded.

Usualy, we ship all orders next business day. All shipments are done via Canada Post. We ship to United States and Canada. Rates and delivery time are calculated in the Shopping Basket, the price includes shipping and handling. The customer is responsible in providing accurate shipping information. Failure to do so will result in delays and extra charges.

All products are in US Dollars. The conversion tool on top of the page is for reference only. It is calculated based on the latest currency exchange, it is not meant to be accurate. All orders will be charged in US Dollars.
